Has anyone got any fun ideas for lamb mince

Moussaka? Or shaped into kebabs on skewers, with yogurt and mint dipping sauce and a Greek salad x

I sometimes make meatballs with a mixture of lamb and pork mince

Lamb bolognaise - serve with feta. Yum.

Nigella's Korean keema. You can make it with either turkey or lamb mince, we always use lamb. Really great and quick to cook, You can do it in 15 mins including making the rice.
