I’ve always cooked from scratch 90% of the time but this last couple of years I’ve really been looking into the ingredients in food we eat. Has anyone found any accidental upf free foods. I struggle with snacks like crisps and biscuits I do make my own biscuits when I can I think sea brook ready salted are upf free I make my own popcorn but being a mum with a toddler I just often want a quick snack I can grab for myself

-Some of the more expensive shortbread biscuits are often just flour, sugar and butter. I think that's the only UPF free biscuit I've found except for expensive ones like Rhythm 388 brand, or whatever it's called.

-I occasionally buy ready salted crisps if they are just potato, sunflower oil and salt (I know often seed oils are considered UPF but I won't stress over the occasional plain crisp)

-Kallo chocolate covered rice cakes (all other brands are UPF). It's just rice, cocoa, sugar etc.

-Matzo crackers are just wheat and water
Accompany with a UPF free spread as they're pretty flavourless

-I go for 70%+ dark chocolate. Avoid the ones with soya lecithin and flavourings. Should just be cocoa, cocoa butter, sugar...

Gran Luchito tortilla chips are just from corn, oil and salt.

I find Aldi has a few good options their grissini breadsticks, Italian scrocchi crackers, baked garlic bruschetta are all non UPF.
