It’s becoming increasingly difficult to find chocolate without emulsifiers.
I’m looking for 85% dark chocolate and currently we’re buying Co Op’s own brand single origin.
Does anyone have any other recommendations?
Very disappointed in Aldi -their Moser Roth used to be emulsifier free, but sadly no more. 😕
