I’m stuck on pasta recipes. I can do a bolognese sauce, carbonara (don’t really like it), tuna with Tin tomatoes and cheese sauce, tortellini with pesto, veggies etc.

I need some new ideas, preferably healthy and not too calorific.

This is really easy, my dc love it. I often add chicken to make it healthier and slightly reduce the chorizo.

My (defiantly carnivore) son loves the one below
Fry leek and garlic in olive oil/butter
Add spinach and other green leaves such as chard or Cavolo negro, wilt.
Blend it, add salt and pepper, pasta water and a bit of cream or mascapone
I usually add gnocchi but pasta works too
Bit of parmesan on top

Mushroom stroganoff is another one that goes down well in our house https://www.gousto.co.uk/cookbook/vegetarian-recipes/creamy-mushroom-stroganoff

Sounds good.

I was suggesting prawn bolognese to my brother earlier (he has prawns and sphagetti pasta. He hadn’t thought of it.

Sausage meat from fennel sausages, with fresh fennel, tomato sauce and cheese.

Meatballs.

We also used to make tuna meatballs when we were in our 20s, using tinned tuna, breadcrumbs, herbs and an egg.

My favourite is halved cherry tomatoes, garlic, parsley and chilli flakes. With a bit of salt and pepper
