I'm absolutely overjoyed with my birthday cake. First time I've ordered one online and it looks fantastic.... will eat it tomorrow 😁 yes I am sharing Lol

Can't really see what it looks like. This is the cake I made me for my birthday. May have gone a bit overboard!

I made the sponges 3 at a time on one day and then stacked and decorated them the next day (wrap in cling film to keep them moist) The hardest part was mixing a huge amount of buttercream with an electric hand mixer as I didnt have a stand mixer. My white chocolate drip wasn't the best; need more practise!
