What’s on your M&S list

I’m sitting waiting for the small one to finish napping in the M&S carpark…. What’s your favourite treat from there to cheer up this drizzly Sunday?

Beetroot and apple coleslaw

Percy Pig phizzy pig tails
Pistachio creme mini eggs
Gigantic orange buttons

Ooh thanks. I’ll try the coleslaw. And treat myself to the buttons!

The red velvet hot cross buns are lovely and we have just had a bacon sandwich in one of their cheese hot cross buns - stunning

Apart from that always buy soups and baked beans , condiments and citrus from there , the easy peeled they sell are always so much nicer than other supermarkets

Their jam donuts are nice as well

I like their olive/avocado oil crisps.

Was going to say their concentrated stock, until I read that you were asking for treat items 🤣

Their concentrated stock is fab. And their dark milk chocolate.

The loaded chicken shwarma dip is amazing, also love their potato salad, cheese coleslaw, prawn toast and their Marie rose sauce

Chicken Caesar dip with the jalapeno tortilla chips.

Their almond biscuits. Been my favourite for over 40 years

Peppermint Bark Cookies 😍

Their chocolate eclairs are fantastic, as are their version of mini eggs. Think they're called speckly eggs - bigger and crispier than the Cadbury version 🤩

The Terrifically Tangy Lemon Curd Iced Buns are to die for! 😍

All the loaded dips definitely. And the buffalo chicken dip.

Pistachio loaded cookie is my current sweet treat.

I agree

Marmite sandwich. Pork pies. Scotch eggs. Charlotte potato salad. Salsa dip. Own brand pop chips. Ripe and ready fruit. Things like asparagus are always nicer from M&S than sainsburys.

Chocolate pastel de nata were lovely. I am addicted to their bacon and chicken Caesar salad too (but often can find the bacon version!)

Cheese twists. 😍 My friend is dairy and lactose intolerant so we go in together and I buy the regular ones and she gets the plant based ones, usually filling half a trolley with all the boxes. 😁

Egg custard tarts.

Cornish Cruncher cheese, recently I’ve been obsessed with the smoked one and very little of it ends up actually on a cracker or whatever as I just break it off the block and stick it straight in my mouth. 😁

All butter pistachio ones are also delicious 😋

They make frozen garlic bread with any loaves left over at the end of the day. The one made from the San Francisco sourdough is to die for with roast chicken and salad.

The Lemon danish are amazing, egg and tomato and salad cream sandwiches, the Mexican dip is great, the salt an vinegar mix crisps (it has a range of crisps in it, large blue bag), crab pate…as you can tell we like the picky bits!!!
