Vegetable accompaniments for duck à l'orange?

I've decided to make this soon. https://www.seriouseats.com/duck-a-lorange

It looks like a lot of work but I enjoy doing things like this once in a way. Any thoughts on what would be good accompaniments? The dish itself looks quite rich and full of complex flavours, so my feeling is to keep everything else simple. I also want to avoid a lot more work! It's not for a special occasion - it's just that Ocado has offered me Seville oranges on a flash sale, so I thought this might be a good use of some of them.

Thanks in advance!

Duck à l'Orange Recipe

The sauce for this duck à l'orange recipe is designed to walk the tightrope of flavor, perfectly suited to cutting through the richness of the roasted duck.

Steamed asparagus and rice with a touch of orange zest in it

I’d probably do roasted carrots, green beans and peas- as you say keep things simple.

Garlic mash or rice to soak up the sauce, and roasted carrots & green beans for crunch and colour

If you put the duck on the oven wrack and have a roasting tin underneath with potatoes in you will have the best roast potatoes ever, but they might be a bit much with the duck so maybe save for another day.

Steamed new potatoes with green beans and carrot batons would work well.
