Chicken broccoli casserole with curry?

I remember this casserole from my childhood... It had a mild curry flavour and had chicken, broccoli, mushrooms and I'm sure there was mayonnaise in there somewhere. Lots of families made it. I tried googling but it's all American canned soupery out there. Anyone know what I'm talking about and have any ideas or a recipe?

@LittleRoom pretty much the recipe i was going to post! Need the mayo to loosen the soup! I love it total comfort but SO salty!

The condensed soup is really thick, almost gelatinous. If you used regular soup then the texture would be all wrong... I didn't realise it was condensed cream of chicken till my mum gave me the recipe! It's also the only time I ever use the stuff. I think she also had a variation with mushrooms too. It was definitely a west of Scotland thing at leaat!

1-2 tsp curry powder for 4 people !!! For people who don't like curry.

There are a lot of recipes on-line for chicken/turkey divan without UPF soup.

My mum always made this, sometimes with chicken but often with leftover Christmas turkey.
We knew it as "chicken thingy" (or turkey thingy 😅) and I often make it myself and think of her 😍
Basically it's cooked chicken and broccoli, mixed in a sauce made from condensed soup, mayo, cream and curry powder. You can gratin the top too if you like 😋😋😋😋

We made this in cookery lessons in school (circa early 90s). Mine was as above with condensed chicken soup, mayo and a teaspoon of curry powder to make a sauce to pour over chicken and broccoli. If yours had mushrooms in then maybe the soup would be condensed mushroom? We put breadcrumbs and grated cheese on top because it obviously wasn't salty enough already.

It was weird but I bloody loved it.
