I have made her Family Cake so many times. I've made her pancakes again this year and my husband makes her cheese souffle regularly. I know there are loads more of her recipes we use too.

Pheasant with cream and apples! I make it whenever I can get a pheasant. Her 'Complete Cookery Course' was how I learned to cook when I left home and it's still my go-to 30 years on.
