Salt

I don't use salt at all in my cooking. I know a lot of it is bad for your blood pressure, but I'm now thinking maybe we need a little bit. What does everyone else do?

@HeadyLamarr which is I guess why I was taught to use the water the veg were cooked in o make the gravy.

Maldon salt is the one thing I ask guests from the UK to bring to us when they come.
