Millie's giant Cookies - is this how undercooked the dough is usually?

We've ordered these before over the years but this is the first time we've had one that looked like this. Anyone else who has ordered recently - is this is what I should expect?

I've no experience of them but as an enthusiastic baker, that looks raw to me. I wouldn't risk eating it.

I ordered one of these as a birthday gift, it was not like this. You should send them an email with photo, they will want to rectify.
