Lakeland Yoghurt Maker/ Coconut Milk Yoghurt dilemma

I just bought a Lakeland Yogurt Maker because I want to make coconut milk yoghurt. The instructions are mainly based round using dairy milk and as an afterthought making yoghurt from non dairy milk gets a slight mention but no details of how to do it. I got some 40ml tins of full fat coconut milk and some appropriate probiotic capsules but the minimum amount of milk in the Lakeland recipes is 150ml. I think I will get some coconut milk in a carton to whisk into the tinned milk to get the amount right. It doesn't say how many probiotic capsules to mix in. I am looking to make a pouring yoghurt to use on granola, in smoothies and in curries etc. If anyone else has managed to make coconut milk in this yoghurt maker I would be really glad to hear how they did it and if the standard fermentation time was enough

It can’t be 40ml, that’s tiny - like a shot. It must be 40cl which is 400ml

😁You are right! - it's 400ml. Just have to figure out how many probiotic capsules I should use now
