Would like to go pescatarian, any tips for health?

Hope this is in the correct section!

I haven't eaten red meat, apart from very occasional bacon for over 20 years. I am now 52 and post meno. So most of my animal diet has been either chicken, turkey or fish, with eggs and dairy too.

I haven't been enjoying chicken or turkey for some time so would like to just buy fish now as I do prefer it. What I want to know, if any of you have experience, is can I get all that I need for health this way? The web is confusing because many people report varying experiences but thought MN might be a decent place to try.

So, I would be eating fish 4 times per week. This will be either wild salmon or cod, tinned sardines or grilled mackerel. I also vary this with a tin of tuna for salad, etc. I am aware of mercury so 4 days of fish seems sensible (I hope!).

I also, on my non fish days, would be eating broths with barley, homemade tomato and mixed veg soups with lentils, wholegrain rice, as well as a good amount of root veg and peas. The only plant food I don't like are beans and chickpeas, but other than that I eat anything.
I will also eat regular greek yoghurt, veg/egg frittata, and some cheese.

Am I covered for most of what I need at this stage in my life?
