Having LMAO on the lasagne & boiled spuds thread, I have a very serious question !

I can't find green lasagne sheets anywhere - either fresh or dried.
Anyone seen them recently ?

Aldi have them sometimes.

I think I bought a bag of beetroot and lentil fusilli there. Why, I do not know.

Thanks, I shop there sometimes so I'll keep a lookout.

I've been looking for Lasagne Verde sheets for a couple of years now - no luck. I asked an Italian friend over Christmas if she has any tips, and she can't find it either. She gets dried goods over from Italy and she can't get it through her usual stockists.

Waitrose was still doing it about 5 years ago and I stocked up then, but I'm all out now.

It's a shame - lasagne always looks a bit flabby with yellow pasta sheets!

Is forgotten lasagne used to be green. I knew something was different compared to when my parents used to make it when I lived at home but hadn’t realised what it was until now 😆. No I haven’t seen it, sorry but will keep my eyes peeled from now

Agree, I only use green lasagne sheets and they're really difficult to find now. My wonderful daughter found me a pack in a corner shop she knew tended to have weird and wonderful things. When that runs out I may have to resort to Amazon if I can't find any in an Italian deli. Sad

They have some in my local bouji farm
shop but the were £8.99 so they can keep them! But places like that often have fancy pastas so might be worth a look if you have one near you.
