In love with my new rice cooker and want to explore its full potential as I absolutely love rice dishes. Please share your favourite rice recipes for the rice cooker!

Gently fry some chopped chorizo so the fat melts, drain and put aside. In the chorizo fat sauté an onion, garlic, add to the rice and liquid (stock). Stir in herbs or chilli to your taste. Layer chopped veg on the top, e.g. peppers, mushrooms, sweetcorn. Cook. Stir in some Parmesan and the chorizo. Can use risotto rice or plain rice.

Can I ask what rice cookers you all have? I am considering gettng one. I currently use the Sistema microwave one, which is excellent for both jasmin and basmati rice, but it doesn't keep it warm (obviously). I like the idea of doing all-in-one rice meals in a single cooker too...

I have the yum panda one it cost £99 from Amazon. You can do 3 cups of rice in it which I feel serves 4/5 people

I have the small Panda one, great for two people, though it Will Cook for more. Loads of recipes on their website, plus their shop, and also advice
