I need some inspiration for healthy tasty meals I can cook from scratch that don't tale too long

Jamie Olivers vegetarian bean chilli recipe is nice, plus easy. Beans and vegetables, so nutritious. I find it very versatile because you can serve with rice and accompaniments like cheese and guacamole, but also put into wraps or jacket potatoes. So you can make a big batch and get a few meals out of it.
