Attaching my odd box for this week! I think I messed up when ordering as I was craving loads of leafy greens. We have lots of chicken breasts, some beef mince, pork loin steaks and some diced beef. We also have a swede, a bag of carrots, parsnips, bag of sprouts, some peppers and loads of potatoes!
What are you making?
I'm definitely doing a gochujang coconut broth rice which I'm thinking I'll use either the cavolo Nero or spring greens in.
Am also thinking a mince noodle dish with crispy kale and some other stir fried veg? And maybe a huge taco salad?
I'm thinking I'll make a cheese and potato pie with the potatoes and I may add the cauliflower to that.
