Ooo I need this - today is spaghetti and meatballs
tomorrow we’re hosting for family so bbq pulled pork buns with homemade coleslaw, corn on the cob and wedges with a random buffet.
haven’t thought any further ahead than that.

That’s nice, both pulled pork recipes sounds nice!

Great idea! Today: NYE curry at our local restaurant requested by teens.
New Years Day: 7 hour Greek Lamb and whole spiced cauliflour
Fri: Whole side of salmon and scalloped potatoes
Sat: Nut roast
Sun: ham carbonara with frozen ham from christmas
Then a using up of the freezer and fridge (vegetable) contents for ever until I can start afresh!

S - chilli bean corn bread cobbler
