So I’ve been given a huge bar of this but I don’t like it.

What could I do with it? Cookies?

I reckon it would go well in that homemade no-churn ice cream you can make:

1 pint double cream
1 tin condensed milk
Vanilla

Whip

Mix in some booze if you want it to be a bit easier to serve (otherwise it needs a good 10 minutes defrosting).

Chuck in whatever chocolate bar takes your fancy - about 150g or so will do for this much.

Or you could melt it and make white chocolate mousse with it? I reckon that would work well with a raspberry coulis on top to contrast with the sweetness.

Or turn it into a cheesecake? Biscuit base, melt toblerone and allow to cool to tepid while you do the next steps. Whip double cream. Stir cream cheese so it gets a bit thinner and easier to mix. Mix with the double cream. Sometimes I just keep the hand held whisk on for this. Then pour in the toblerone. Pour on top of biscuit base. Chill for 6+ hours.

Chop into chunks and fold through chocolate brownie batter then bake, it’s delicious
