Giving up dairy without relying on UPFs?

Is it possible to give up dairy without relying on UPFs? Are there some dairy substitutes that are more ‘natural’ or unprocessed?

I usually eat a lot of cheese and yogurt and love ice cream and chocolate so I think it will be hard. Would I need to take a calcium supplement? I have been recommended to give it up for 4-6 weeks initially as my breastfed baby may have CMPA.

Yes, I’d take a calcium supplement, as well as making sure you have enough vitamin D and C.
The Coconut Collab natural yogurt doesn’t contain artificial flavours, preservatives or sweetener.
