Salmon side - how do you prepare/cook yours?

Guest has requested lemon on top while being cooked (I'm usually happy just cooking salmon fillets on their own). Anything else that would work with lemon?

Also, do you always leave it covered while cooking, or any other advice?

I wrap in foil and bake! You could add garlic, salt, pepper, pesto, cream cheese, all sorts whilst it bakes

i wrapped mine in foil and baked it. Little bit of salmon on top. Will serve it with garlic mayonnaise tomorrow

I put on a bed of citrus and herbs, drizzle with i oil, salt & pepper, top it with more circles of lemon/limes and cook it very slowly at 120c for 45-50 mins. No foil needed.
