Organic turkey crown recipe

My first time making the turkey and I ordered a 3-4kg organic turkey crown. There is no recipe on the website but google is telling me that cooking is different for organic turkey crown to standard ones - but I can’t find a recipe.

Please can anyone advise? Or steer me towards one? Thank you!

Where are you buying it from? Most places will have temp / timings on the packaging.

Am really struggling to understand how or why cooking time could possibly need to vary depending on whether it's organic or not.

An organic burden os likely to be leaner due to the diet and the absences of growth hormones. Therefore, it can dry out more quickly than a factory farmed turkey. Think of the difference between cooking pork shoulder and pork belly.

Yes, not full of water and dries out quicker so needs less time and lower temperature. I asked the company for a recipe but was directed to a recipe for the whole bird, not a crown. Will do the organic butchery recipe, thank you! You learn something new every day!
