Boneless leg of lamb

After a bit of advice.

I've cooked a bone in leg of lamb loads of times. I have a slow cook recipe I use that makes a lovely gravy. I've bought my lamb from the butcher this year and it's boneless. Anything I need to do differently? I assume it cooks quicker but anything else?

Thanks

It will cook quicker, can't advise you on as you use a slow cooker. It's a shame you didn't keep the bone as it would add a lot of flavour to the stock.

If it’s been boned out, slice it to open out/butterfly it. Marinate in lemon, garlic and thyme, whack it on the bbq for 45 minutes and job’s a good ‘un.

Nothing quicker or easier.
