I hate food shopping and being faced with 101 options, I don't like cooking anymore as I now don't eat meat or dairy and have had to cut all sugar and carbs down to the bone to because of type 2 diabetes, all the things I enjoyed are off the menu so I only eat for basic nutrition now. My weight and general health has improved a lot over the last year when I cut all these things out.
My ideal situation is to get a nutritionist to write me up a menu that is super healthy and I can just click and collect the shopping every week.
