My dd really loves small plate eating...tapas, mezze etc. I just wondered if anyone could recommend a good cookbook for this kind of food. Ideally, I want something which doesn't centre one particular type of cuisine, but features small plate recipes from many different countries.
Any suggestions, please? TIA
