Vegetarian soup with saffron

Does anyone have a good vegetarian recipe soup that’s flavoured with saffron, isn’t spicy-hot and is suitable for blending and freezing?

I can experiment, but it’s always good to get others’ ideas. Thank you.

Not something I’ve ever made because I don’t usually put saffron in soup, but it would go well with a roasted red pepper soup. I’d throw into that whatever you have to hand, pepper and tomato, pepper and butternut squash or pumpkin.
