Shop bought nut roast?

Won't have time to make one realistically- can anyone recommend a decent one i can buy ready to cook please?

The Clives one is nice but small. I make a really quick and easy nut roast with chopped nuts and a packet of Paxo.

The M&S nut roast is often recommended on here.

Does the price matter? It’s £8.50!

There’s the Clive’s nut roast at Waitrose for £5.95, and I’ve seen the COOK one recommended also.

They’ll all serve 2-4 people, depending on if you have vegan sides like vegetables without meat juices or flavourings on them.

We absolutely love the M&S Butternut, Almond and Pecan Nut Roast. None of us are vegan but it’s one of the highlights of Christmas lunch for us.

Vegan meat loaf is easy. Cook mushrokms, onions and garlic and mix with tofu, tomato sauce and nuts. Bit of loaf and cook in a loaf tin for an hour.

The Marks one last year was delicious and I’m really hoping they’re doing it again. It’s a million times nicer than the Clive’s one and much bigger. The Clive’s is tiny.

I always get the M&S one. It's delicious.

We like the Cook one - so much so that we get it even if our vegetarian can't make it to Christmas lunch. It has a delicious marmaladey sauce
