Failproof pizza recipe with stand mixer?

Been experimenting with my new Kitchenaid but haven't had much success with pizzas so far. I think the main issue is that I always decide to make it last minute and look for recipes with quick action yeast, which don't tend to be the best ones.
My last pizza recipe was ok-ish. It was a basic one from bbc food. I have used the KA to knead the dough but noticed it was struggling a bit as perhaps too hard. What are the best pizza recipes I should try with the stand mixer?

I use a standard bread recipe. Currently 450g bread flour. 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/2 packet of yeast.
Add enough warm (not hot) water to make a soft dough, add around 200ml 1st, then mix and add more water as it mixes.

I always use the sachets of yeast not the tubs, the yeast stays fresher so better results.
Put the yeast at the bottom of bowl, flour on top, then the salt , it stops yeast and salt mixing too quickly, salt stops the yeast from rising.

I sometimes add some granary flour to the mix, reducing white flour accordingly.

Make the dough in the morning, leave to rise until doubled in size, then place on pizza trays,, it then rises again.

I second this - it's the only pizza base I ever make! (I'm not Sally either!)
