Halloumi is quite salty, I just do it plain.

Would be interested to see how else it can be cooked (live near a sizeable Greek/Turkish Cypriot community adn have never seen them do it any other way tbh)

Halloumi good with lime and chilli - Nigella also uses it a lot, there's definitely recipes in Express and Forever Summer.
