Had anyone else’s FB feed filled up with videos of the most beautiful Christmas biscuits being iced using a wet-on-wet decorating technique? I’d love to try it but was wondering if anyone here has recommendations of a biscuit recipe to use, and also tips on getting the correct icing consistency?
The main thing putting me off is that making the biscuits and multiple different icing colours looks like a total faff - but there’s no way round that? I just want to do the decorating part!
