Just watched this programme on Channel 5. Someone made an incredible sticky toffee pudding with a hot butterscotch sauce, served with ice cream AND clotted cream! I'd love to make it but they didn't give a recipe and I couldn't see the chef's name in the credits to google it. Can anyone help me?
