3 or 4 ingredient recipes?

Anyone have good recipes with just 3 or 4 ingredients? I find I'm avoiding recipes with 10 or more ingredients as don't have the room to store them after. I have enjoyed recipes kits for this reason as you only get the exact amounts you need.

Mushroom omelettes and a bag of salad, ideally with fresh bread

Pasta pesto with roasted onions, peppers and mushrooms

Fry onions and mushrooms, add garlic and herb cream cheese; stuff in pittas (add salad leaves), have on toast, or have with pasta (add basil)

Egg, chips and peas

Paneer and chickpea curry - use a jar and add spinach at the end

Sausage, mash, cabbage, gravy

When you say 3 ingredients are you talking just herbs/spices/flavourings? Eg large selection of veg but jist garlic and lemon for seasoning?

My simple food options are usually fried 9r baked chicken/meat with steamed veg.

Lots of pasta dishes can be made with few or simple ingredients but just 2-3 total.ingredientd limits you hugely. I would rather suggest identifying the flavours you like ans use the most and keep them on hand. For me it would be garlic, chilli, ginger, lemons, limes, soy, red wine vinegar, fennel seeds, paprika and oregano.

Cheese, tomato, toast.

Oh hang on, you need to add salt and pepper to that …

I'm doing Nigella's Spanish chicken tray bake for dinner.

Chicken thighs, red onions, chorizo, new potatoes. I'm assuming the olive oil and oregano don't count as ingredients per se.

Lemon posset - cream, sugar, lemon juice

Mine is diced chicken, chopped carrot and celery. Salt and pepper. Cook gently with a little water. Stir through some slaked cornflour and simmer for a few more minutes.

Serve over pasta. It takes about 20 minutes.

For this, I don’t use leek, onion or garlic.
