Broccoli and pasta

I’ve developed a slight addiction to this combo and need new recipes!
the one I do at the minute is a creamy one with pancetta and parmesan
any nice recipes you do?

Broccoli and salmon. Oven cook the salmon the day before (we do a different salmon dinner and do extra). Creamy sauce, stir in pasta and broccoli. Add flaked up salmon last and stir gently so it doesn't disintegrate. Add parmesan.

I love it with sausages and chilli flakes. I make it up tbh but this is pretty much what I do:

Just olive oil, garlic and fennel seeds, chili flakes if you like, pepper and parmesan. Really works.

Fry some sliced onions until golden, then add some anchovies, and melt them, add toasted pine nuts, and a handful of sultanas. Mix in just-cooked broccoli and then the pasta. An Anna del Conte recipe that is definitely worth the extra effort of frying the onions.

Garlic broccoli and sundried tomato

My chef ex did a gorgeous chilli, garlic, oil and broccoli dish. Pretty much what it says on the tin plus add Parmesan (and Parma ham if you want). Trick is not to burn the fresh the garlic and chilli's.

Tender stem, salami, red onions and olive oil

Halloumi, roasted butternut squash and broccoli macaroni

I make fresh pesto and have that with broccoli and tomatoes through pasta.

Broccoli pesto - cook the broccoli, whizz in a blender with plenty of olive oil and lemon juice, and some garlic that's been very gently fried. Add some hard cheese, a little of the pasta water, seasoning to taste and a few toasted pine nuts and seeds.

I’ve posted this on another broccoli loving thread, but it’s one of my most frequently eaten broccoli meals as it takes five minutes and is delicious.
chop up a a bag of tenderstem - or chop normal broccoli small.
boil for 3 minutes then add gnocchi and boil
for 2 more minutes.
meanwhile toast a handful of pine nuts.
drain broccoli and gnocchi, toss through with pesto then the pine nuts.
season and top with dried chili flakes and Parmesan. Enjoy!

Two variations on basically the same thing:

Broccoli pasta: boil pasta, add reasonably small bits of broccoli for the last five minutes. Drain and return to the pan with a lot of butter and an awful lot of grated cheese and plenty of black pepper (we used to buy coarse ground pepper especially for this dish when I was in college). Stir it all together.

Green pasta: boil pasta and broccoli. Drain, pick out the broccoli and give it a really good chop. Mix in pesto and cream cheese.

With onion, garlic, sausagemeat, fennel seeds and some chilli flakes. It's so good! Also stir in cream or soft cheese sometimes
