Nhs needs me to keep a food diary and as I'm struggling so I'm looking for ideas

Bearable asks me to input stuff but finch just gets me to tick it off...which I like but there isn't a food bit

Any ideas?

Have a look and see if MyFitnesspal is the type you need. There's a basic free app.

Try nutracheck. I think it's £28 for the year

Hmm not sure i want calories - my eating is disordered enough - its for allergies/intolerances really - so that's my fitness app out

I can't fodmap for a 4th time!!

& I'm disinclined to pay for something (at least initially & I may nit need it long)

NutraCheck is free for 7 days, but again is more for tracking calorie/fat/sugar/carbs and the like.

Thanks again

I wonder if it isn't a food diary I should search for maybe an elimination diary?

If you are just logging what you ate you could try a recipe keeper app and just create a recipe for each meal?
