Out Of date strawberry jelly

with a sell by date of Sep 07, its unopened all in its packaging, will it still be ok to put in a trifle ???

It will be fine - it's only sugar and gelatine and will probably have preservatives in it anyway. It's not even a year past it's sell be date.
