Food ideas on Wegovy

Hi everyone,
I’ve recently started taking a GLP-1 (Wegovy from Shemed) and my appetite’s really changed. I get full super quickly, and some foods just don’t appeal anymore. Any suggestions for light meals or snacks that are easy to digest but still healthy? I’m especially struggling with breakfasts and quick lunches.

I've been on for a month. My appetite isn't completely slashed (and I'm looking forward to upping my dose!) but I know what you mean. Here are a few things I've had quite often:

Granola, greek yoghurt and compote (home made or in one of those ready to go pots from M&S)
1 slice sourdough toast with avocado and cream cheese
1 slice sourdough toast with peanut butter and banana
2 boiled eggs with one slice toast

I have found I really am enjoying beans so I've done bog standard baked beans at lunch a few times but my current favourite is to roast tomatoes and red onion in the air fryer with a bit of oil and some balsamic vinegar, garlic and chilli, then add cannelini beans for the last five minutes and eat with a bit of feta cheese on top.

I have also made a few bigger salads using bulger wheat or quinoa but am less keen now weather is changing! Grin. I've also had soup a few times - either from a can or homemade. I have a recipe for a nice lentil and squash soup I was thinking of trying this week.
