Has anyone got one? I’ve just bought one for my micro-bakery and we tested cakes in it last week. They came out beautifully but took ages to cook - an hour for a chocolate fudge cake in a standard sized loaf tin, that would normally take about 40 mins max in an ordinary oven. Is this usual? Does anyone have any experience or tips?
