Pokemon party food ideas

Hi Everyone,

I’m making party food for a mixture of adults and children , the theme is Pokemon. I know nothing about Pokemon 🙈

Did a quick search and most things are that red and black ball thing themed which is fine for a fruit platter and babybell cheese creation. But surely I can do something with characters 🤷‍♀️

Anybody got any great ideas please ? Thank you ☺️

Perhaps get a set of Pokémon cookie cutters off etsy and use them for sandwiches and iced biscuits

I bought some pokemon cake toppers (the ones on cocktail sticks) and stuck them in sandwiches and cakes 😆

I made and printed off some cute signs saying 'Pikachu's Pizza' etc. You can make the pizzas look like poke balls with olives, mozzarella and pepperoni.

Some Asian supermarkets sell cans of Pokemon fizzy drinks.

I coloured in ping pong balls to look like Poke Balls for a version of beer-less Beer Pong. I made a massive pin-the-flame-on-Charmander's-tail game.

This is a great idea! I made my son a Pokeball (that’s the red and black ball’s name fyi) birthday cake and then made pikachu cupcakes too.

I think Kanto region (Gen 1) are the most well known. There’s 151 in the Kanto dex.
