Does anyone have a ebook called something like The Aldi Lovers Guide to Cooking by Amy Sheppard (I think!) please? I can't find where I saved it and it had the perfect recipe for Roasted Vegetable & Feta Couscous which my family really love to eat. Thank you!

I just can't see anywhere what the ingredients, quantities and seasoning are, which is what I imagine you want. However, there are some people here with superpowers when it comes to tracking this kind of thing down. Good luck!
