Is arancini easy enough to make at home?

If not, which supermarkets have the best ready made arancini?

I've got an arancini mould which helps, but it's still a faff.
I'll be interested to see if anyone knows a good source of ready made.
I've tried Sainsbury's, Tesco and, Waitrose, none of them very nice & all of them too small - like golf balls.

I’ve never found good supermarket arancini Siam lingering in hope.

I make very simple ones (leftover pasta sauce and sticky cooked rice with a few peas and cubes of cheese inside) in a tube of clingfilm twisted at the top. Roll in egg and breadcrumbs/smashed crackers before frying. They firm up in the fridge.
I know the real Sicilian thing uses chicken livers and takes hours!
Edited to add: you can also cook them (smaller than usual) in the air fryer if you reeeeeally want to make your Sicilian nonna to turn in her grave!

What about the Waitrose and M&S ones? Are they no good?
