I haven't tried it yet but it looks straight forward.... And FC's recipes are usually bombproof

I like the Matt Adlard recipe, bit more than basic but softer if you like that type. I'm partial to a chewy more bread like one too which you get with the more basic recipes.

I also add a spoon of cornflour to the butter/sugar filling, it helps it stay put rather than all seeping out the bottom.
