I have previously batch cooked a chicken and chickpea curry that freezes really well…but unfortunately I’ve lost the bookmark for the recipe on my phone. I thought it was a bbc one but I’ve had no luck locating it. It’s a tomato based curry that starts with blitzing the onions/garlic/ginger and frying it as a paste rather sliced onions. If you’ve any ideas please let me know…it’s one of the only batch cook recipes we all really enjoy!
