Ate pizza past use by date- will I get food poisoning?

I ate a pizza 3 days past the use by date, it was kept refrigerated and didn’t look or smell bad. I am now paranoid that this will have been harmful

You'll be fine, I have OCD and also worry about this.

Sure it will be fine. Visible mould chuck in the bin, but other than that no worries.

Best before is a best before, not a "as soon as the minute hand ticks over this date you'll get food poisoning date".
If it was cooked through and tasted fine, it's probably fine!

What was on it? Mozzarella? Wouldn’t think twice. Chicken? Wouldn’t eat it!
