Dumpling mix

I‘ve got a dumpling mix from Tesco in the cupboard.

No idea what to do with it. I‘ve never made dumplings before. My mum used to make them for me, I think in a broth?

Does anyone have a simple recipe that I could add dumplings to?

Mix the dry mix with a chopped up leek. Add water. Spread on a baking tray not too thin.. Bake in the oven..
With /without gravy and a chicken dinner.... Or sausage and mash.

How about this Hairy Bikers’ recipe, OP?

Chicken and veg soup with dumplings?
Put them in any casserole/stew?

Soften some onions, brown some meat, add some stock, add some veg, cook in oven for 20 min if chicken, 2hrs if beef, thicken, make dumplings add to pot, cook for how long it says. For fluffy dumplings don't handle much.

I looked at the ingredients, I would add some dried herbs or spice to make them a bit tastier
