Please!

The kind you can really taste if you dip some bread in.

I keep bog standard EV OO for cooking but like a strong flavoured one for salads / dipping / drizzling. The sort that is almost peppery.

Would it be worth trying to make your own ?
If you use a good quality oil add a little pepper and warm very gently for half an hour or so?
You'd have to experiment with volumes but it would be worth it if you get it just right.

My Italian friends recommended a La Espanola EVOO. I could go stronger though.

I like Waitrose Duchy Organic one, it's peppery rather than grassy.

Try the Citizens of Soil oils - I tried some a food fair. But you'll have to sell your first born to afford a bottle because posh olive oil is sooooo expensive.

Thanks all!

I am prepared to sell some children if the oil is good enough - it's my one little luxury.
