Quick rush this morning. Cooked pasta for my daughter’s lunch and just put in cold jar sauce. Will that be ok?

So you didn't heat up the sauce but put it on her pasta ? That should be fine the pasta will have put a heat through it.

If she's going to microwave it when she gets to work - great. Otherwise it's still fine but I can't imagine cold pasta and sauce being that nice for lunch - but if that's what she likes.

Yeah it's fine. It's already fully cooked. It's just like eating cold baked beans or something. Maybe not that appetising but totally harmless.

You don’t cook it just heat it up. It’s probably not the nicest cold but i don’t think pasta is nice cold either.
