Cubed leg of lamb recipe ideas. I got some from the butcher yesterday with vague idea of tagine and freezing it. Any other ideas? Looking to put a couple of meals in the freezer from it.

I would make a curry with chick peas and spinach in it. Leg of lamb is very lean and lends itself to long, slow cooking.
