Zoe Daily 30 - any ideas what I can add it to that I don’t find revolting?

I bought a one-off Zoe Daily 30 to try. The main thing I’ve seen people add it to is yoghurt which I’ve tried and find absolutely revolting. I’m really unfussy in general, but I can’t even finish it. I’ve often added things like seeds and nuts to my yoghurt, but this was like having nasty grit in it 🤢

Has anyone got any top tips for what it works well with? It seems a shame to throw it out as it’s expensive!

It goes well with Asian, North African and Middle Eastern dishes

Curries (Malaysian, Indonesian, Indian, Sri Lankan, etc.), dal, jalfrezi
Tagines, harira
Shakshouka
Salads, e.g., with roasted aubergine, courgettes, red pepper and nduja

Thanks @Taniotand do you add it at the cooking stage, or sprinkle it on top later? I would worry that it would make a spoil a nice dish by making it too gritty? But perhaps it’s softens when it’s in/on warm food?

No problem @HorribleHettie

I sprinkle it on top just before eating, as I don’t fancy the nuts and seeds (especially the chia seeds) going soft

I might give that a try Taniot. Would you say it enhances the dish, as in do you actually like the addition or just eat it because it’s healthy (which I do know it is!)?

I must say I mainly eat it because it’s meant to be healthy 😄and a relatively easy way to add a few seeds, nuts etc. to my diet

But it is pretty good sprinkled on some kinds of food

I enjoy it as a sprinkle on top of my salad (chicken Caesar) for the crunch.
