Mary Berry’s ultimate chocolate Brownie recipe. At Christmas I drizzle white chocolate over them and add freeze dried raspberry pieces. I buy these on Sous Chef.
They freeze well before decoration.

Never fails to have someone say “these are the best brownies I’ve ever eaten”.

These! Just don’t overcook

This is my go-to brownie recipe

Absolutely Nigella's recipe as recommended above. People always ask me to bring my amazing brownies lol. I don't use nuts, just extra choc chips.

As in the ones from Domestic Goddess.

I've used a few of the recipes suggested, but this one from good housekeeping is the best one I've found so far. I'm going to try the Nigel Slater one suggested by &Jijithecat though*. I reckon a combination of cocoa powder and melted chocolate works best.

Nigel Slaters, as mentioned by a pp. Super chocolatey, gooey centre. Just perfect.

From BBC good food book, I use gluten free flour instead and it makes them more squidgy.

BBC best ever brownies or nigella
key is don’t cook them until you think they are done - take them out when very slightly underdone
