This might be a really silly question but I want to start meal prepping For my toddler for the week as I’m returning to work soon but it makes me very anxious I'm afraid I’ll give her food poisoning . Is there any food or meals that I shouldn’t freeze ? If I take say her dinner out of the freezer in the Am to be reheated and served that evening is that ok it would be defrosting in the fridge for 9/10 hours ? If it was for me I wouldn’t give a hoot but I worry about everything when it comes to the baby.

I personally don’t reheat rice. But most other things I do. Small portions will generally defrost in the fridge through the day. Just make sure you reheat to piping hot then allow to cool.
